Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how INS FZ-LLC ("INS," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the ins.ae website and the PROPETL software tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 PROPETL — No Server-Side Data Collection
PROPETL processes all data in-memory only on your local device. No property data, tenant records, financial data, or any other ERP data you work with is ever transmitted to or stored on INS servers. Your files stay on your machine for the duration of your active session and are discarded when the session ends.
Processing time: seconds. INS data retention: zero. Your data never leaves your machine.
1.2 Licensing and Purchase Data
When you purchase a PROPETL licence via Gumroad, Gumroad collects and processes your payment details. INS receives only your name, email address, and a payment reference for licence management purposes. INS does not store payment card data.
1.3 Contact and Enquiry Data
If you contact us via the website contact form, email, or WhatsApp, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, company, message content) in order to respond to your enquiry. This data is stored securely and used only for that purpose.
1.4 Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors use the ins.ae website. This may include pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and referring source. This data is anonymised and does not identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

No method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
